Description

Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is required to work at a healthcare facility located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves performing a variety of CT imaging procedures, including multi-phase scans and stroke imaging, serving diverse patient populations such as Emergency Department, inpatient, observation, and outpatient cases. The position requires a commitment to patient care and technical excellence within a busy inpatient setting.

Job Details:

  • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Start Date: 08/31/2026
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT, at least 2 years of experience, North Carolina state license, BLS certification, and the ability to start peripheral IV lines and perform multi-phase scanning.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of TeraRecon software is a plus but not required.
  • Support Within Department: Guest services and transport for inpatient and observation patients.
  • Technology and Equipment:
    • Epic EMR system
    • Epic Radiant RIS
    • Philips iSite PACS
    • Two CT scanners (Siemens Definition AS 64, GE VCT 64)
    • Bayer/Medrad Power Injectors
  • Orientation: 1 day of administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearnings, policies) and 2 days to 1 week departmental orientation as needed.
  • Schedule & Coverage: Weekend rotation and two shifts every five weeks with holiday coverage, approximately 75% of holidays.
  • Additional Notes: Scrub color is black; parking is available at no cost in surface lots and parking decks. Traveler's permanent address must be located 50 miles outside of their home unit's location.
