Job Summary
This opportunity is for a CT Technologist position located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role involves performing a variety of imaging procedures within a dynamic hospital setting, supporting multiple departments including CT, X-ray, and OR. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Rotating shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with variable weekdays, every third weekend, and on-call 2-3 times per week. Shifts consist of 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT); BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; valid driver's license required at submittal to verify location; candidates must reside outside of a 50-mile radius and cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with the health system including CHI and Dignity.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating GE VCT 64 slice and GE Revolution 128 slice scanners; familiarity with EMR systems: EPIC and PACS: McKesson.
  • Experience or Must-Have Skills: Prior experience with X-ray or CT imaging preferred.
  • Additional Information: Department includes 4 CT rooms, 3 X-ray rooms plus endo, OR, and portable imaging, as well as MRI, NUC Med, US, IR, and Mammo imaging capabilities. Technologists may be required to float to other areas such as XR, OR, Endo, and ED. A period of 1-2 shifts of unit orientation is provided. Flexibility, positivity, and willingness to learn are attributes associated with success in this department.
