Description
Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) imaging is needed in Portland, Oregon. This role involves operating CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images used for medical diagnoses, performing additional imaging procedures, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The position supports whole-person care in a leading healthcare organization dedicated to patient well-being.
Job Details:
- Location: 10123 Se Market Street, Portland, OR 97216
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology; Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R.T. (R)), Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Venipuncture certification (preferred in California and Oregon).
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Certification in CT (ARRT-CT); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Venipuncture certification.
- Essential Functions: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across all age groups; produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images; use PACS and teleradiology systems; maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality; perform routine equipment maintenance and manage supply inventory; perform additional duties as assigned.
- Additional Information: All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical or religious exemptions where applicable. The healthcare organization participates in E-Verify.
