Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient position located in Templeton, California. This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical, social, and mental functions. The therapist serves as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in an inpatient setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, rotating schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning 10/26/2026
• Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OTD) obtained license on or after January 2007 or foreign equivalent; two years' occupational therapy experience; Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; ICU experience; 1 year acute care experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: The role includes completing evaluations, establishing treatment plans, providing therapy interventions, ensuring comprehensive documentation, supervising assistants, and performing other related duties in accordance with department objectives.
