Job Details:
- Location: Scottsdale, AZ, 9494 East Becker Lane, United States
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), 2 years of experience within SNF settings or related environments, valid license or registration as per state requirements, and experience working with PointClickCare electronic medical records system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with therapy in skilled nursing facilities and proficiency with electronic health record systems.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves supporting therapy assessments and interventions, adhering to facility protocols and procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery. Candidates must be available to start immediately and committed to maintaining patient care standards.
