Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in Indianapolis, Indiana, at a Level 1 Trauma Hospital. The role involves working during night shifts, specifically scheduled from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and designated nights. The position requires performing computed tomography procedures using multiple scanners in a fast-paced trauma environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Shift: Nights (Shift Time: 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM) on Saturday, Sunday, and additional nights as scheduled. Shift Hours: 12 hours; Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) for the role of CT Technologist
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Radiologic Technologist, appropriate educational background, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging. The position requires current state licensure and imaging certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Level 1 Trauma Centers, proficiency with Siemens and GE CT scanners.
• Additional Information: The CT Technologist will be responsible for scanning patients, maintaining patient safety standards, and following hospital protocols for trauma imaging using three CT scanners in the department. Clinical competence in trauma settings and knowledge of SOPs for emergency imaging are essential.
