Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OUT)
• Location: Tempe, Arizona
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable state licensure, and ability to adhere to state practice act and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior completion of assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is a plus.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, accurate documentation, participation in student programs, continuous professional development, and adherence to safety protocols. The incumbent must demonstrate clinical reasoning, professional ethics, and commitment to quality improvements.
