The organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a position at a healthcare facility in Wenatchee, WA. This role involves performing advanced imaging procedures, including computed tomography (CT) scans, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The position requires a professional with current certification and experience in a hospital environment, providing essential imaging services for patient diagnosis.
Job Details
- Position: CT Technologist
- Location: Wenatchee, WA
- Schedule: Nights, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
- Required Qualifications:
- ARRT certification
- Washington State certification as radiologic technologist, registered in X-ray and CT
- Shimadzu portable experience
- Rad speed pro, GE/OEC c-arms with OR experience, Toshiba CT scanner experience
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- BLS certifications
- Job Functions:
- Prepares for and performs all examinations while operating assigned equipment in a safe manner as instructed
- Evaluates diagnostic image for technical quality
- Develops, initiates, and monitors procedures for effective scanner utilization
- Maintains cleanliness of scanner and related equipment following infection control policies
- Performs intravenous access, administers contrast media under physician supervision using sterile technique
- Follows all universal blood and body substance precautions and personal protective equipment protocols
- Completes required continuing education as dictated by regulatory entities
- Utilizes current Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently and completes necessary paperwork for each examination
- Lifts and transfers patients using safe ergonomic techniques and patient handling devices
- Communicates with patients family members or caregivers when necessary
- Experience: 1 year of clinical imaging experience preferred, with a minimum of 0 years required
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Additional Information: Taking call as part of the job responsibilities. No float rotation required.
