Job Summary:
The specialty of Polysomnographer is needed at a healthcare facility located in Dickinson, North Dakota. This role involves providing sleep studies and using advanced equipment to monitor sleep patterns. The position provides an opportunity to work in an acute care setting with a focus on patient care and technical expertise.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, with a preference for working one weekend per month.
- Required Qualifications: Certified as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the BRPT, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, willingness to wait for license submission, and location in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Nihon Kohden, Sphinx, and ResMed TXLink 2 equipment; familiarity with MEDITECH charting system.
- Additional Information: The assignment includes 1-2 unit or department-specific orientation shifts. No holiday, on-call, or additional weekend requirements beyond the specified preference. The hospital can cancel up to four shifts within a 13-week period, or three shifts for shorter assignments.
