Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility located in Minocqua, Wisconsin. This role involves operating Siemens CT scanners and radiography equipment, performing general outpatient, inpatient, and emergent imaging studies. The position requires flexibility to cover weekends, holidays, and respond to calls or standby requests. The shift schedule consists of 10-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Minocqua, Wisconsin
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Tuesday, with 7 days on and 7 days off
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) certification in Radiologic Technology, ARRT (CT) certification in Computed Tomography, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, licensed or eligible to submit license, must be able to start IVs (training available)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens PACS, Cerner EMR, and Siemens radiology equipment; familiarity with hospital imaging protocols
• Responsibilities: Conducting approximately 60 combined CT and X-ray scans per day in a busy outpatient and inpatient setting, adhering to department policies and patient safety standards
• Equipment: Siemens CT scanners, Konica, Fuji portable radiography units, and general X-ray equipment
• Additional Information: Department offers orientation; scrubs are black; the department operates with hospital-only coverage and does not have radiology assistants or in-house radiologists 24/7; the facility has a trauma level that requires emergency imaging competencies.
