Job Summary
MRI Technologist position available in Lafayette, Indiana. This role involves providing MRI imaging services in a clinical setting, supporting various patient types including outpatient, emergency, and inpatient cases. The position requires collaboration with medical staff to deliver high-quality imaging in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, operating every other Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with call rotation, totaling a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as an MRI Technologist, valid ARRT or ARMI credential, BLS certification; 0+ years of experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with breast MRI imaging and pacemaker scanning.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position is fully staffed with one MRI Technologist. The candidate must complete any necessary education modules prior to the first day of work. The facility has 250 beds, and the unit encompasses outpatient, emergency, and inpatient patient care. The MRI equipment used is a GE 450W, and Epic EHR system is employed.
