Job Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) SNF
• Location: Sacramento, CA
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, valid state licensure or registration, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), 2 years of experience providing occupational therapy services in a SNF or similar setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with elderly population, familiarity with electronic health records, additional certifications in geriatrics or rehabilitation therapy, proficiency in interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Additional Information: This role involves delivering occupational therapy assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions aimed at improving patient function and independence within a skilled nursing environment. Flexibility to adapt to the clinical needs of patients and adherence to facility protocols are essential.
