Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Shiloh, Illinois. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; Professional licensure in good standing; Knowledge of state practice act and regulatory requirements; Demonstrates professional behavior and commitment to quality care.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning for treatment planning, documents medical records accurately and timely, and provides supervision and education to students as assigned. Maintains professional development through continuing education and professional activities. Follows all clinic protocols and safety policies to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
