Description

Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to support patient recovery. The role emphasizes patient education, documentation accuracy, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with professional standards in an outpatient clinical setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state of Nevada; and completion of a previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy; familiarity with state Practice Act and regulatory guidelines; involvement in professional development activities
  • Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment goals focused on discharge within the established length of stay. Maintains accurate, concise, and timely medical record documentation, including goal setting and billing entries. Participates in student supervision and professional growth activities. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety standards across all clinical tasks.
