Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Sioux City, Iowa. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a busy healthcare facility. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care, adhering to clinical protocols, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and mobility.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: One year of previous experience; Iowa state license; BLS certification (AHA); Epic EMR experience preferred; Statelicense required; not an employee of the healthcare provider in the last 12 months; drivers license; work history/resume; skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission; license verification; copy of required certifications; references with at least one supervisory reference at time of submission; must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
  • Preferred Qualifications: At least one prior travel contract; Epic EMR experience.
  • Additional Information: The position may require floating within the same discipline across local campuses. Orientation sessions are scheduled every Monday. The candidate may be asked to float for coverage within the local system. The assignment start date is 08/31/2026.
