Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in the Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania area. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and active licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successfully completed an assignment with the agency or previous assignment with the organization is highly desired; experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans. Documents clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Participates in student programs, provides mentorship, and actively pursues professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Follows organizational performance improvement initiatives and demonstrates a commitment to patient and staff safety.
