Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is needed in the Sun City Center, Florida area. This position involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans aimed at facilitating their return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the State of Florida; no minimum years of experience if no previous experience is specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with student programs and previous assignments with the agency or organization are highly desired.
• Additional Information: The candidate will complete a comprehensive patient evaluation, develop and modify treatment plans, document in medical records, and participate in professional development activities. The role involves adherence to state practice acts, regulatory standards, and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
