Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in home health services in the Portland, Oregon area. The role involves providing skilled physical therapy services in a patient's home setting, ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical guidelines. The position offers an immediate start date with a consistent schedule.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid license in Oregon, at least 1 year of skilled home health experience, BCLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required between facilities within the state
- Additional Information:
- Open to first-time travelers with the required experience
- No weekend work required
- Travel distance generally within a 60-mile radius to minimize drive time
- The traveler is expected to have their own transportation suitable for home visits
- System used for charting includes EPIC and Rover applications
- Must be prepared to work in a mobile, patient-focused environment with a variety of clinical procedures and conditions
