Description
Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) imaging in Austin, Texas. This contract position is for a 13-week assignment starting on September 14, 2026, with daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role requires providing high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment, often involving stroke and trauma cases.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), Texas TMB license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and no minimum years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Current license in CT modality, experience with stroke and trauma cases, and ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Additional Information: The position involves working with advanced GE imaging equipment, supporting a busy unit with over 100 staff members including imaging technologists and interventional radiology nurses. Candidates should possess strong scanning skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and a great attitude. Dress code requires olive-colored scrubs on top and black pants. The unit emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a professional appearance.
