Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist in the Richmond, Virginia area. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT equipment, supporting a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced hospital environment. The position offers an opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology and contribute to patient care in a dedicated clinical setting.

Job Details:

• Location: Richmond, VA
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ARRT-CT certification, current CT experience, Virginia state license, no minimum years of experience needed
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE or Phillips CT equipment
• Type of equipment: GE and Phillips CT scanners
• Typical procedures performed on unit: Abdominal/pelvic biopsies, head scans, spine scans, brain scans, chest scans, CTA procedures
• Unit Information: The unit has 2 scanners (GE and Phillips), 7 full-time and 3 PRN staff members, with patient scan volume of 80-100 scans per day
• Personnel and Staffing: Fully staffed with 3 day shift, 2 evening shift, 1 night shift, and 2 weekend shifts of 12 hours each
• Personality Fit: Multitasking, adaptable to change, team player
• Certifications: ARRT-CT required
• Floats: None
• Dress Code: Scrubs (Navy)
• Weekends and On-call: Weekend call required, 24-hour notice
