Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) for a position located in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT technology in a hospital setting. The candidate will be responsible for executing imaging protocols with a focus on patient safety and image quality, supporting clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, with a total of 12 hours per shift.
- Required Qualifications: Certified CT technologist, current CPR certification, Virginia licensing as a Radiologic Technologist. No minimum years of experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience performing CT imaging procedures in a hospital environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Conducting CT scans such as head, chest, abdomen, and pelvis with and without contrast.
- Adhering to department protocols and SOPs to ensure optimal imaging outcomes.
- Maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Collaborating effectively with medical staff and radiology team members.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
