Outpatient Physical Therapist in HOLLYWOOD, Florida. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for Florida; no prior agency assignment required
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization (highly desired)
• Additional Information: Complete a comprehensive patient evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, document clinical notes accurately and timely, participate in student training programs, and pursue ongoing professional development. The position requires adhering to state practice regulations, maintaining licensure, and following performance improvement initiatives.
