Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer position in Washington, Iowa. The role involves performing vascular ultrasound examinations, including arterial and venous assessments, utilizing advanced imaging techniques. The technician will support diagnostic procedures in a hospital or health care setting, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 10/19/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of ultrasound; RVT registration preferred or obtainable after hire; RDCS (Registered Diplomas of Cardiovascular Sonography) or RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Abdomen, OB-GYN) preferred or obtainable after hire; BLS required or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in vascular sonography and proficiency with PACS systems; knowledge of QC procedures and departmental supply management.
• Additional Information: The sonographer will perform high-quality vascular exams, assist with equipment maintenance, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with medical staff. Tasks include maintaining accurate records, supporting operational efficiency, and assisting with patient care as needed. Responsibilities also include helping with front desk duties and other patient care activities as assigned.
