Job Summary:
The Boston location is currently seeking an MRI Technologist for a rotating shift schedule. This position involves providing quality MRI imaging services in a fast-paced environment, requiring independent work and adherence to safety protocols. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care and imaging excellence within the healthcare organization.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: At least 0 years of experience, ARRT certification, BLS through AHA certification, and relevant educational background.
• Essential Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and positions patients for MRI procedures, including equipment setup and patient safety screening.
  • Selects appropriate pulse sequences and records all scan parameters.
  • Evaluates image quality, manipulates images for analysis, and sends images to PACS systems.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
  • Starts IV lines when contrast is required, monitors reactions, and reports any issues.
  • Maintains accurate records and participates in ongoing educational activities.
  • Contributes to clinical training and evaluates technical students as needed.
• Additional Information:
  • This role requires no local travel and no float rotation.
  • The start date for this position is 08/31/2026, with interviews scheduled upon application.

  • Prior employment at any healthcare provider with the same organization within the last six months disqualifies candidates.
  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location.
