Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient position in Sioux City. The role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality inpatient care to patients. The position requires active licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one completed travel contract preferred. The schedule consists of day shifts for 8 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The start date is scheduled for 10/12/2026, with the assignment concluding on 01/11/2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Iowa state license, active BLS (AHA preferred, ARC or US Military certificates accepted), Drivers License, work history specific to the discipline (Speech-Language Pathologist), completion of supervisory reference form within the last two years, and at least 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience, prior travel experience, and certification as a mandatory reporter.
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are 10/12 and 10/26. New graduates are eligible to apply. No local candidates; all must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on drivers license.
• Note: No on-call or weekend requirements specified as mandatory; on-call is optional.
