Description
Job Summary:
Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) located in State College, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing home health therapy services to adult patients within a community-based setting. The role offers an opportunity for experienced therapists to deliver quality patient care in a flexible, day-shift environment starting as soon as possible.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days 8-hour shifts, with consideration for 4-day 10-hour shifts. No call required.
- Required Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience in home health care.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior home health experience preferred.
- Additional Information: Therapy will be scheduled for full-time hours; shift hours are not guaranteed. Flu vaccination is not required; COVID vaccination will be accepted with medical or religious exemption.
- Travel Required: No
- Experience: 0 years minimum required, but candidate must have at least 1 year of home health experience.
