Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) specializing in pediatric care is sought for a position in a designated healthcare facility located in Paris, Texas. This role involves providing respiratory therapy services to patients of all ages, including those requiring ventilator support, blood gas analysis, and other respiratory care interventions. The position offers an opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility serving a diverse patient population with a focus on high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights (12 hours per shift) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure to work as a Respiratory Therapist in Texas, ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications, 1+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, primarily with pediatric patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ICU care, ventilators, blood gases, trach patients, weaning trials, and oxygen knowledge.
• Additional Information: This position requires flexibility for float coverage as needed and may include responsibilities such as ventilator management, blood gases, EKGs, and basic respiratory care. The healthcare facility serves a wide age range of patients, including specialized treatment for trauma, NICU, and stroke care.
