Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026
• Required Qualifications: Active occupational therapy (OT) license, 0-1 year of related experience, skills checklist completed within 1 year, must have at least 0 years of experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings, submission at the posted rate
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is implied but not explicitly required
• Additional Information: Effectively screens and evaluates patients; utilizes standardized assessments; administers procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, supportive device use; assesses progress and modifies services accordingly; documents in electronic records and maintains compliance with regulations; participates in care conferences and trainings; supervises occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students; adheres to all practice acts, ethical standards, and policies of the organization.
