Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist SNF Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves evaluating patients with cognitive and activities of daily living (ADL) physical functioning disorders, developing personalized plans of care, and delivering skilled rehabilitative treatments. The position emphasizes evidence-based clinical interventions, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to support patient recovery.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026
- Required Qualifications: Active occupational therapy (OT) license, 0-1 year of related experience, skills checklist completed within 1 year, must have at least 0 years of experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings, submission at the posted rate
