Description
Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General in Butte, Montana. This position involves performing ultrasound procedures to obtain high-quality imaging results following physicians' specifications. The sonographer will be responsible for patient transfer, assisting with examinations, and ensuring accurate image submission for interpretation.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience in Ultrasonographer General, proficiency with ultrasound imaging, patient transfer, sterile technique, infection prevention, general ultrasound procedures, and computer applications. Certification requirements include ARDMS registry and BLS from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Additional Information: The sonographer will operate all ultrasound equipment, educate and position patients, coordinate examinations for timeliness, evaluate image quality, communicate effectively with patients and team members, maintain supplies, and follow infection control policies.
