Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Norcross, Georgia. This role involves evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating effective recovery and community reintegration. The position requires providing education to patients, families, and healthcare team members while ensuring compliance with all safety and professional standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active and applicable license for the state; CPR certification; 0 years of outpatient clinical experience; start date on 08/31/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Has successfully completed an assignment with the agency previously; has successfully completed an assignment with the organization previously.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals focused on discharge within established length of stay, and documents care in accordance with regulations and organizational policies. Participates in student programs and professional development activities. Adheres to all state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
