Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is located at a healthcare facility within a 60-mile radius. This role involves circulating and monitoring cases in a combined lab setting, with an emphasis on cardiology procedures such as STEMI, NSTEMI, and pacemaker management. The position is suitable for experienced professionals or those willing to learn in a fast-paced environment, supporting both interventional radiology and catheterization lab procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some weeknight call approximately 10 times per month, and weekend call about every 3rd weekend including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Holiday call is required and shared amongst staff.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association), Certified Cardiac Interventional Radiology Technologist - ARRT (CI), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI; comfort working with Epic, MacLab, and Siemens equipment; must have cath experience. No minimum experience is required, though a minimum of 2 years is preferred. Valid license required to submit.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IR procedures and willingness to learn interventional radiology skills.
• Additional Information: The role includes responsibilities such as pre- and post-procedure patient calls, case circulation and monitoring, and adherence to specific dress code (blues). Orientation is conducted over a couple of days following organization-wide orientation. The hospital maintains a cancellation policy allowing up to four shifts cancellation per 13-week assignment.
