Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing therapeutic services for adult patients within a hospital setting, focusing on restoring and improving patient functional abilities. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Education Requirements, Degree, Experience, and Location Requirements: Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license; the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience and be licensed within the past 2 weeks with Nursys documentation.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/15/2026 to 12/15/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid California OT license, BLS certification, at least 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, knowledge of adult population care, and experience with charting systems in a hospital environment.
• Additional Information: The role involves delivering inpatient therapy services, involving evaluations, assessments, discharge planning, and therapeutic interventions tailored to adult patients in a hospital setting. The position includes completing necessary modules during orientation, with flexible hours varying according to specialty.
