Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in a healthcare setting. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; prior experience with outpatient physical therapy is a plus
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops and implements treatment plans, and documents patient progress accurately and timely. Participates in student programs and collaborates with clinical management to support professional growth. Ensures all care is provided in accordance with physician orders, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and engages in professional development activities.
