Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered specializing in Pediatric Care (RT PEDS) is needed at a healthcare organization located close to the beginning of September. This role involves providing high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients, including evaluating patient needs, administering treatments, operating ventilatory equipment, and conducting related diagnostic tests. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/31/2026 and ending 11/30/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in respiratory therapy, current active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT), a minimum of 0 years of experience, and valid credentials in pediatric respiratory care
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patient care, familiarity with pulmonary function studies, and proficiency in ventilatory equipment operation
• Additional Information: Respiratory Therapists will provide intensive respiratory care, assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy and chest tube placement, perform airway management including tracheostomy care, arterial punctures, and monitor patient responses to treatments. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, communicating with medical staff, and ensuring proper equipment operation and maintenance.
