Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Inpatient) for a facility located in the specified region. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery and discharge planning. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and adhering to professional standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required prior to first shift; minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient physical therapy; experience in a hospital or health care facility setting preferred; ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, manages caseload flexibly, and documents patient progress accurately and promptly. Participates in student programs and supports ongoing professional development. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and maintains licensure in good standing. Engages in quality improvement initiatives and patient advocacy activities.
