Description
Job Summary:
Radiology - CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist position based in a healthcare facility. The role involves operating GE CT scanners across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings. The technologist will perform a range of imaging procedures including trauma scans and outpatient studies, within a high-volume environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with minimal call required.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT Certified CT Technologist, ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology, BLS Certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, and licensed to submit credentials.
- Preferred Qualifications: ARRT in CT (preferred), experience working with trauma patients, and knowledge of Epic and McKesson EMR systems.
- Additional Information: Department uses GE CT equipment, with an in-house radiologist during the day and on-call after hours. The team includes a radiology supervisor or lead tech available as a resource. The orientation includes a one-week department-specific training.
- Shift: Days, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
