Job Summary:
Mother/Baby Couplet Care Nurse in a facility setting. This role involves providing direct patient care within the mother and neonatal unit, supporting postpartum and neonatal needs, and ensuring quality care aligned with clinical standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, completion of neonatal and postpartum care training, located within the relevant geographic area, and 0 or more years of nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in neonatal intensive care or postpartum care is preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves delivering comprehensive maternal and neonatal care, adhering to established clinical protocols, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
