Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (Specialty: PT OP) in an outpatient setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; located within the jurisdiction of applicable licensing regulations; minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, and documents all clinical activities accurately and timely. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Maintains licensure and adheres to state regulations and organizational policies.
