Job Details

• Certifications/Education/Experience: Valid state license as a Physical Therapist, minimum 1 year of relevant experience, and a valid certification as required by state regulations.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function, document patient progress, participate in team meetings, and adhere to facility and regulatory standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
