Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist located in the current area. This position involves performing routine to complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the interventional cardiology department. The technologist will support various cardiovascular procedures, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure adherence to safety standards, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per day, with 40 hours per week. Includes 1 night per week call and 1 weekend per month call.
• Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; NYS Radiology Technologist license; ARRT(R) certification; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross); 0.0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Additional Information: Provides technical support for catheterizations, angioplasty, structural heart procedures, peripheral angiography, temporary pacemaker insertion, and LV assist device insertions. Operates advanced imaging equipment, ensures safety standards, and maintains supply inventories. Demonstrates working knowledge of healthcare information systems and coding procedures for accurate billing. Participates in learning new techniques through educational activities.
