Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing inpatient physical therapy services, including treatment for orthopedic, neurological, trauma, and other acute care cases. The position requires a licensed professional with experience in inpatient clinical settings to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Job Details:

• Certifications and Qualifications: BLS Certification; Licensure to submit; minimum 2 years of experience required; valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start and End Dates: 09/08/2026 to 12/08/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit, BLS certification, minimum 2 years of inpatient clinical experience, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, and travel experience is preferred.
• Additional Information: The position involves floating to various inpatient areas as needed with a 1.5-day orientation specific to the department, and Cerner Powerchart Rehab EMR system training will be provided if necessary. Candidates should have experience with bedside swallow studies and be prepared to work in diverse inpatient settings including trauma, neuro, and post-surgical care.
• Coverage Areas: The therapist will cover assigned areas and potentially float to other units as required.
