Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) scanning. Located at the facility's Riverton campus, this role involves performing diagnostic CT exams utilizing GE CT and X-ray equipment. The position requires verifying patient information, reviewing medical records, preparing patients, acquiring quality images, and responding appropriately to medical emergencies. The assignment is scheduled for night shifts, with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week over a two-month period.

• Required Qualifications:
  • ARRT certification in CT Technology & Radiology, BLS certification through the American Heart Association, and 2 years recent CT & Radiology experience, with ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with GE CT and X-ray machines
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing imaging education to residents, student technologists, and new employees
• Additional Information:
  • Must perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures, including patient interviews, explanation of procedures, image review, and emergency response
  • Ability to take call/standby as required by the department
  • Participation in process improvement activities related to quality of care, patient flow, and patient satisfaction
