Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Night Shift The organization is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist specializing in pediatric care to support the respiratory therapy services at its healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized respiratory treatments and ensuring patient safety in a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Respiratory Therapist specializing in Pediatrics, supporting the organizations respiratory care services.
- Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty; required certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Georgia Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license and National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The candidate must work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or New Years Eve). Occasional weekend shifts may be required. The position requires supporting pediatric respiratory patients in a hospital environment.
