Description

Job Summary:
Radiology Technologist position available in a healthcare facility. The role involves performing diagnostic radiology imaging procedures across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and surgical environments. Candidates must be able to adapt to multiple shifts and cover different sites as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate imaging.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating shifts, with weekly schedules posted four weeks in advance. Weekly shifts can vary from 8 to 10 to 12 hours, depending on coverage needs, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, Maryland (MA) license, a minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology technology, and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association, along with updated immunizations including influenza during the season.
  • Preferred Qualifications: EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience, specifically with EPIC.
  • Additional Information: Candidate must have familiarity with all diagnostic X-ray imaging modalities, including inpatient, outpatient, orthopedics, operating room, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging. Candidate should be adaptable to various vendors' x-ray equipment and have experience with the operating room environment. Flexibility and the ability to float to other sites (not more than one site per day) are essential. Must be available during weekends and include RTO (Request for Time Off) at the time of submission.
