Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) The organization is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services. The position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe, effective care aligned with physician directives. This is a temporary assignment with a focus on delivering quality care within a team-oriented environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/07/2026 to 12/07/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; license in good standing for the state where work will be performed; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; must have an active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Additional Information: The therapist will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and document clinical progress in medical records promptly and accurately. The role includes participating in student supervision, pursuing ongoing professional development, and adhering to regulatory standards and professional codes of conduct. The candidate must follow all organizational safety policies, including safe patient handling, infectious disease control, and workplace hazard prevention. The assignment is scheduled for 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
