Description
Job Summary:
CT Technologist position located in Concord, NC. This role involves working nights in a high-volume, trauma Level III teaching hospital with a focus on patient-centered care. The position requires collaboration across departments, including radiology nursing and patient transport, utilizing Siemens and GE imaging equipment, with an EMR system of EPIC.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, with detailed scheduling discussed during interview.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CT imaging, ARRT-CT certification, BLS certification, NC State Licensure not required, and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a high-volume, trauma, or teaching hospital setting, proficiency with Siemens and GE imaging equipment, and knowledge of EPIC EMR.
- Float: None.
- Additional Information: Orientation period of 3-5 days depending on modality, with departmental training. Holiday work is expected at 75% of holidays, with schedule discussed during interview. RTO requires manager approval. Scrub color is black, parking is free. The department environment emphasizes teamwork and accountability in a busy clinical setting.
