• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, at least 2 years of experience in SNF settings, valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and the ability to work in California.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SNF clinical protocols and experience with patient documentation and therapy planning.
• Additional Information: The staff member will deliver therapy services to patients according to established protocols, assist in assessments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans.
