Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in the outpatient setting, starting on 09/07/2026. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient recovery and functional independence. Candidates must demonstrate professional integrity, uphold safety standards, and possess a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; one or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active licensure in the state where work will be performed; ability to perform in an ethical manner in accordance with discipline specific professional code of conduct.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the organization or select medical staffing agency is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Completes medical record documentation in accordance with compliance standards and insurance requirements. Participates in educational programs for students and engages in ongoing professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates proficiency in clinical reasoning and patient safety measures, including safe patient handling and infection control practices.
