Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 1 year experience in outpatient physical therapy, valid state license, and graduation from an accredited program.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license in physical therapy, minimum one year of outpatient experience, graduation from an accredited program, and current CPR certification.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a hospital-based outpatient setting, with potential to float to other units as needed. This is a contractor replacement position starting on 09/28/2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.
