- Start Date: November 9th 
- Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic 
- Schedule: Open to 8 or 10-hour shifts 
- Hours: 30 hours/week guaranteed, 40 hours/week scheduled 
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred 
- Case Types: Mostly orthopedic cases; must be able to handle a variety of conditions 
- Required Skills: Experience in outpatient orthopedics and neurology 
- Licensing: Must hold an Arizona or compact state license 
- Flexibility: Must be able to manage any patient presenting to the clinic
